Incredevo product line "HireFocuZ" ("Incredevo", "we", "us") provides business software and related services that help customers recruit, source, and hire more effectively (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains how the organization collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal information in connection with their Website, marketing activities, and customer use of Services. It describes choices and rights available.

1. Information Used to Provide the Services

The company processes personal information from multiple sources to operate, secure, and improve Services, generating derived data including inferences, scoring, and profiles.

a) Third-party sources

Business contact and demographic information comes from service providers, integration partners, and publicly available sources like company websites, public APIs, and professional registries. Providers must represent they have lawful basis to share data.

b) Customer and User-provided information

The organization does not operate a public contributory data marketplace. Customer-submitted data is used only to provide and improve Services for that Customer as permitted contractually.

2. Automatically Collected Information ("Usage Information")

When visiting the Website, using Services, or interacting with emails, the organization and third parties may automatically collect information via cookies, pixels, SDKs, web beacons, JavaScript, and similar technologies.

The organization uses AI/ML for automated personalization, insight generation, candidate scoring, and workflow automation. Service Information and business contact data serve as inputs to models and carefully selected third-party AI providers to provide/improve these features. Information is shared with vendors helping operate the organization (hosting, infrastructure, support, product analytics, billing/payment, communications, security, data enrichment, advertising/marketing). They must use data only under instructions with appropriate safeguards.

b) Business and data partners

Limited data may be shared with partners to create or deliver integrated solutions you enable or request.

c) Marketing recipients

Marketing Information may be shared with event partners or sponsors per your direction or as disclosed at collection.

d) Corporate transactions

Data may be disclosed in connection with merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar event including due diligence.

e) Legal and safety

Data may be disclosed to comply with law, legal process, or governmental requests; protect rights, safety, and property; and prevent fraud or abuse.

f) Aggregated/de-identified data

Information that is aggregated and/or de-identified so it does not reasonably identify individuals may be shared or published.

The organization does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Where laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly, opt-out rights are honored.

6. Analytics, Advertising, and Do-Not-Track

The organization and partners may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to deliver, measure, and improve ads including retargeting. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out portals. Browser-level opt-outs apply only to the browser used to set them. Legally required Global Privacy Control signals are honored.

The organization employs administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure. You can help by using strong unique passwords and MFA, keeping credentials confidential, using up-to-date devices and security software, and notifying the organization promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

The Website and Services may link to or embed third-party sites, apps, and features. Their data practices are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.

Services are not intended for individuals under 16. The organization does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Legal bases

Personal data is processed based on legitimate interests, consent, contract, and legal obligations as applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or withdraw consent at any time.

Your rights

If the organization acts as a processor on behalf of a Customer, requests will be redirected to that Customer.

Data retention

Personal data is retained as long as needed for described purposes, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Minimal data may be retained in a suppression list to honor opt-out requests.

The organization is headquartered and may process data in the EU. International personal data transfers use appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.

Data disclosure to public authorities is required when necessary. When transferring personal data to third parties acting as agents, the organization remains responsible as required by applicable law.

When connecting your Google account with HireFocuZ, only minimal OAuth scopes required to deliver selected features are requested.

Google user data is not used to train unrelated AI models, add to public/shared databases, perform third-party advertising, sell data, or allow third-party AI providers to use it for their own purposes.

Google user data is not sold or shared with third parties for their independent use.

Data may be disclosed only to trusted service providers (hosting and support vendors) acting strictly under instructions and under appropriate data protection agreements.

Data may be disclosed if required by law, to protect security, or prevent abuse.

Data Storage & Protection

Data in transit is encrypted using TLS, and data at rest is stored securely with industry-standard encryption.

Access is restricted based on least-privilege principles and protected with multi-factor authentication, access logging, and periodic reviews.

Google user data is not accessible to staff or third parties except as explicitly permitted (with consent, for security, or by law).

Data Retention & Deletion

Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide enabled functions or meet legal obligations.

You may disconnect the Google integration at any time in account settings. Once disconnected, Google user data retrieved by the app is deleted from systems within 30 days, except for short-term backups or legally required retention.

Deletion of Google user data may be requested at any time by contacting privacy@incredevo.com.

The organization's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

14. Consumer Privacy Rights (California & Similar U.S. State Laws)

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain data "sales" or "sharing," as well as rights regarding sensitive personal information and targeted advertising. To exercise your rights or opt out, contact privacy@incredevo.com or use available controls (cookie banner, account settings). Verification and/or agent authorization may be required. The organization will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

15. Your Controls for Advertising & Cookies

Manage non-essential cookies via the banner and your browser. Interest-based ad opt-outs are available via the DAA and NAI portals. These do not block all cookies and must be set per browser/device.

17. Changes to This Policy

The organization may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices or legal requirements. The updated Policy will be posted with a new Effective date. If you disagree with the Policy or changes, discontinue use of Services and avoid providing information.
